The house was not more visited than rarely by the owners for the last fifty years, when we bought her at the end of 2006. A studio had just been fitted out in the 80s, allowing us to live on the spot and to begin the renovation. First months, we got up every rainy night to empty basins, big channels of the roof being rotted.

The last suite, under the magnificent skeleton in boat hull, will be ready for spring, 2011 and will mark the end of the renovation.

We passed 2 and a half years, with some craftsmen, friends and children, restoring the house, by respecting the volumes and the original woodwork, using natural materials as the lime and the earth, and opened 3 rooms in June, 2008.

We then renewed félicie's farm, uninhabited since 60 years, protecting at most the stairwell, the frames of wooden windows, or still the respectable skeleton.
